“The brief was to sell a 10,000 sq ft listed mansion in NW London whilst a distinct possibility of a Jeremy Corbyn government coming in the December 2019 election. Another agent had tried and failed.

Not Debbie Ingram, from the outset her professionalism and her advice was invaluable. We wanted privacy, no online marketing and absolutely no time wasters and she told us facts rather that what we wanted to hear. Which she did as a favour and took no fees from the landlord allowing us to benefit.

With everything in storage Covid-19 was snowballing and panic was setting in, resulting in the pausing of the housing market and all removals were cancelled a week before we were due to move.

Stress levels were through the roof and lawyers were tearing their hair out and we had a chain of 4 people with everyone and all solicitors were losing the plot.

We had to delay completion due to these circumstances and Debbie managed to get all parties and solicitors to agree the extension.

Throughout the whole transaction Debbie was utterly professional and her work rate and ethic were phenomenal. Without doubt the best decision we made was choosing Debbie as none of this would have happened and our sale and purchase would have fallen through. Debbie was recommended to us by someone she had sold a very large house to and he told us not to bother with any of the other agents. She was the best. He was so right.
